s-PIR offers a suitable solution for areas where cellular network/service coverage is unavailable, limited or blocked. It detects human and vehicle movements along with their directions, takes a picture of the relevant scene and generates an alarm. Using its long-range RF communication unit, it sends these alarms and photos either to the Handheld Terminal or to a central station via the Gateway.
